Surrealism

1. After several ideas I chose to use the hands in the sink because I feel when you look at it, you just think its different.  It unique.  Its not too wild or too complex but I feel it is strange and surreal.

2. I was able to take two photos of the sink and the hands than take it into photoshop to fit the two together.  I did come up with new ideas through the project but I felt this was my better idea.

3. The photo is simple.  However, when people look at it I hope they think more about it than just a set of hands in a sink.  I thought the idea of hands being in the sink were that the hands were trying to catch and save the water from going down the drain.  They are trying to savor the water and not let it go to waste.  It is kind of a message to show how we waste water and a message to say how we need to savor it as much as we can.
